  • Are there prizes?
    Absolutely! Prizes are given out on a monthly basis. Prize sizes may vary from month to month.
  • Am I required to workout?
    No! We never require anyone to workout. As you probably know, working out or moving will only boost results and make you feel better in general, but you're absolutely not required to workout in order to get results. Please remeber that the nutrition part is always more important than the working out part.
  • What if I workout?
    That's amazing! We're so happy that you're already working out because it will only yield better results. What we'll need to do is make sure we set you up with proper nutrtion and supplementation around your workouts so we can boost your results. The best place to start is to make sure you're taking a proper post-workout supplement that contains fast digesting protein + carbs. We can talk about why fast digesting protein + carbs are important after workouts but go ahead and take a look at this stack to learn more.
  • What if I can't eat enough in a day?
    Not a problem! This is very common with everyone having crazy schedules. This is where the supplements come into play. Eating real/whole food always comes first but if you cannot eat a real/whole food meal, then supplements need to be implmented to compensate for the lack of food and nutrients. If you cannot eat enough fruits and vegetables, then the greens needs to be implemented into your schedule. If you cannot eat enough protein, then protein shakes need to be implemented into your schedule. We will work with you more to make sure you're implementing everything properly.
  • Do you have any suggestions on how I can start working out?
    Yes! We actually post FREE home workouts periodically. What we really pride ourselves on is that we offer LIVE home workouts weekly that you can join in LIVE with me or you can do the workout later on demand. We also have home workout programs designed to build everything from your booty to your abs. We have you covered when it comes to working out. We'd love to have you join us!
