  • 3 tbsp primal kitchen mayo

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 3 tbsp walnuts (chopped)

  • 1 apple (diced)

  • 2 green onions (diced)

  • 2 celery stalks (diced)

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together the chicken, celery, green onions, apple, and walnuts.

  2. In a seperate bowl, add and mix together the mayo and greek yogurt.

  3.  Add mayo mixture into chicken mixture and mix until well combined.

  4. Evenly divide recipe into 5 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
