1 apple (diced)
2 scoops 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
1/2 cup egg whites
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup apple sauce (natural)
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a bowl, add and mix together all ingredients.
With a spoon, evenly divide dough into 14 cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake for around 8-10 minutes or until your desired consistency but be careful not to burn.
Eating 4 cookies will come as close as possible to the given macros.
