Apple Pie Smoothie

1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp rolled oats (gluten-free)
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth or until your desired consistency.
Drinking 1 smoothie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
