  • 2 green onions (sliced)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 cup liquid aminos or coconut aminos

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  1. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, liquid aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ginger.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic.

  3. After 30 seconds, mix in ground beef and cook until brown while breaking up throughout.

  4. Once brown, mix in liquid mixture and green onions.

  5. Continue to cook for a few minutes then remove from heat.

  6. Evenly divide beef into five servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
