  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 1 1/2 cups cabbage slaw mix

  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  • 2 green onions

  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

  • 3 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together chicken, slaw mix, red peppers, almonds, and green onion.

  2. In a seperate bowl, add and mix together orange zest, liquid aminos, tahini, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and garlic.

  3. Add liquid mixture on top of chicken mixture and mix until completely covered.

  4. Evely divide recipe into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
