3 Lettuce Cups

2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1/3 cup liquid aminos
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sriracha
2 cloves garlic (minced)
12 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 red onion (diced)
1 bag diced carrot
In a bowl, mix together chili sauce, liquid aminos, olive oil, sriracha, and garlic.
Add shredded rotisserie chicken into bowl and mix well.
In a pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook for only 2 minutes or just long enough to get hot.
Evenly divide chicken into 12 lettuce cups and add diced onion and carrot on top.
Eating 3 lettuce cups will come as close as possible to the given macros.
