  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 12 romaine lettuce leaves

  • 1/2 red onion (diced)

  • 1 bag diced carrot

  1. In a bowl, mix together chili sauce, liquid aminos, olive oil, sriracha, and garlic.

  2. Add shredded rotisserie chicken into bowl and mix well.

  3. In a pan over medium heat, add chicken and cook for only 2 minutes or just long enough to get hot.

  4. Evenly divide chicken into 12 lettuce cups and add diced onion and carrot on top.

  5. Eating 3 lettuce cups will come as close as possible to the given macros.
