Asian Turkey Bowl

1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
4 tbsp coconut aminos
14 oz cole slaw mix
1/2 cup primal kitchen mayo
1/4 tbsp ginger (grated)
1 tbsp avocado oil
2 tsp sriracha
In a skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and onion.
Cook for around 5 minutes.
Add and mix in ground turkey.
Continue to cook until ground turkey is done and cooked through.
Once turkey is done, add and mix in garlic, ginger, and red pepper.
Continue to cook for another couple of minutes.
Add and mix in cole slaw mix, rice wine, fish sauce, and 2 tbsp coconut aminos.
Continue to cook for another few minutes and remove from heat.
In a bowl, add and mix primal kitchen mayo, sriracha, and 2 tbsp coconut aminos.
In another bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until everything is covered.
Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
