2 handfuls baby spinach
1 tbsp dill
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 package bacon
1 red potato (chopped)
1/2 white onion (chopped)
In a skillet over medium heat, add bacon and let cook until crispy.
Once crispy, remove bacon from heat and place on a paper towel.
In that same skillet, add in chopped red potato and cook until soft.
Once soft, add in onion, pepper, and dill.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until soft.
Add and mix in bacon, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
Once tomatoes are slightly soft, remove from heat.
Evenly divide skillet into 3 servings.
In that same skillet, add and fry up 3 eggs over easy.
Evenly divide each egg and put on top of each skillet serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
