  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp dill

  • 1 red pepper (chopped)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 package bacon

  • 1 red potato (chopped)

  • 1/2 white onion (chopped)

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add bacon and let cook until crispy.

  2. Once crispy, remove bacon from heat and place on a paper towel.

  3. In that same skillet, add in chopped red potato and cook until soft.

  4. Once soft, add in onion, pepper, and dill.

  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until soft.

  6. Add and mix in bacon, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.

  7. Once tomatoes are slightly soft, remove from heat.

  8. Evenly divide skillet into 3 servings.

  9. In that same skillet, add and fry up 3 eggs over easy.

  10. Evenly divide each egg and put on top of each skillet serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
