  • 1 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3 lb. boneless chicken breast

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  1. Add the chicken breasts to a slow cooker.

  2. Top with water and garlic powder.

  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until falling apart.

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium heat.

  5. Heat for about 15-20 minutes, until thick and syrupy.

  6. Drain juices from chicken and shred chicken with two forks or mixer.

  7. Add and stir in the prepared sauce.

  8. Pack up 4 oz. of chicken per meal to come close to the given macros.
