1 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
3 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp garlic powder
Add the chicken breasts to a slow cooker.
Top with water and garlic powder.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until falling apart.
Add the rest of the ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Heat for about 15-20 minutes, until thick and syrupy.
Drain juices from chicken and shred chicken with two forks or mixer.
Add and stir in the prepared sauce.
Pack up 4 oz. of chicken per meal to come close to the given macros.
