Balsamic Grilled Chicken

4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)
3/4 cup balsamic
4 slices mozzerella
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp basil
Cut excess fat off chicken breasts and place in a large plastic bag.
In a bowl, mix together vinegar, garlic powder, honey, olive oil, and italian seasoning.
In the bag with the chicken breasts, add most of balsamic mixture but be sure to leave a little leftover for the end.
Let bag sit for 30 minutes.
Turn on grill to medium heat and spray a non-stick oil on top of grill rack.
Place chicken breasts on grill and grill for around 15 minutes or until completely cooked through and not pink.
Carefully add a slice of mozzerella, tomato, and avocado on top of each breast and let grill for an additional minute.
Once done, remove from grill and add a little bit of basil and balsamic mixture on top of each breast.
Evenly divide recipe into 4 servings or 4 chicken breasts to come as close to the given macros as possible.
