  • 4 chicken breasts (skinless & boneless)

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tomato

  • 3/4 cup balsamic

  • 4 slices mozzerella

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp basil

  1. Cut excess fat off chicken breasts and place in a large plastic bag.

  2. In a bowl, mix together vinegar, garlic powder, honey, olive oil, and italian seasoning.

  3. In the bag with the chicken breasts, add most of balsamic mixture but be sure to leave a little leftover for the end.

  4. Let bag sit for 30 minutes.

  5. Turn on grill to medium heat and spray a non-stick oil on top of grill rack.

  6. Place chicken breasts on grill and grill for around 15 minutes or until completely cooked through and not pink.

  7. Carefully add a slice of mozzerella, tomato, and avocado on top of each breast and let grill for an additional minute.

  8. Once done, remove from grill and add a little bit of basil and balsamic mixture on top of each breast.

  9. Evenly divide recipe into 4 servings or 4 chicken breasts to come as close to the given macros as possible.
