  • 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats (gluten-free)

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 banana (mashed)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 4 scoops level-1 vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 4 cups almond milk

  • 4 cups water

  1. In a bowl, mash bananas.

  2. Add and mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.

  3. Set slow cooker for 8 hours.

  4. Once done, evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
