1 1/2 cups steel cut oats (gluten-free)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 banana (mashed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 scoops level-1 vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp butter (melted)
4 cups almond milk
4 cups water
In a bowl, mash bananas.
Add and mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Set slow cooker for 8 hours.
Once done, evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
