Banana Smoothie Bowl

1 small banana (frozen)
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 chocolate banana
1/2 cup almond milk (plain)
1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50
In a blender, add all ingredients plus a handful of ice cubes and blend until thick.
Once done, pour into a bowl.
Eating 1 bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
