  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup mushrooms (diced)

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

  • 5 bacon slices (diced)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 7 tbsp primal kitchen bbq sauce

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add and cook bacon until crispy.

  2. Once crispy, carefully remove from skillet and place on a paper towel covered plate.

  3. Once the bacon has cooled, dice up into pieces.

  4. In a bowl, mix together beef, garlic powder, and worcestershire sauce.

  5. In a skillet over medium heat, mix together mushrooms and butter.

  6. Cook until mushrooms are brown and set aside in another bowl.

  7. In that same skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until slightly brown.

  8. Once slightly brown, add and mix in mushrooms and diced bacon.

  9. After a couple minutes, add and mix in cheddar cheese.

  10. Cook for a couple more minutes or until cheese is mixed thoroughly.

  11. Once done, set aside to cool.

  12. Evenly divide mixture into 7 bowls and top each bowl with 1 tbsp of bbq.

  13. Eating 1 bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
