2 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups onion (diced)
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1 1/2 cups carrots (diced)
4 cups zucchinis (diced)
1 15 oz can tomato puree
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
In a large pot on medium heat, cook beef and garlic until brown.
Once done, remove beef and set aside.
Once beef is removed and set aside, add in onions, celery, carrots and seasoning to pot.
Cook until vegetables are soft or around 5 minutes.
Add and mix in zucchini and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Add and mix in beef, tomato puree, and diced tomatoes.
Bring heat to a boil and cook for around 15-20 minutes while mixing frequently.
Measure out 1 serving or 1 1/2 Cup to come as close as possible to the given macros.
