4 tbsp cilantro
8 oz tomato sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tomato (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
3 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1-2 bay leaf
2 tbsp green olives
In a skillet on medium heat, break up beef and cook until brow and no longer pink.
Add and mix in onion, garlic, tomato, and cilantro and stir 1 minute.
Add and mix in olives, cumin, and bay leafs.
Add and mix in tomato sauce and 3 tablespoons of water.
Add cover to skillet and cook for around 10-15 minutes or to your desired consistency.
Measure out 1/2 Cup to come close to the given macros.
