  • 4 tbsp cilantro

  • 8 oz tomato sauce

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 2 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 3 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 large onion (chopped)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1-2 bay leaf

  • 2 tbsp green olives

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, break up beef and cook until brow and no longer pink.

  2. Add and mix in onion, garlic, tomato, and cilantro and stir 1 minute.

  3. Add and mix in olives, cumin, and bay leafs.

  4. Add and mix in tomato sauce and 3 tablespoons of water.

  5. Add cover to skillet and cook for around 10-15 minutes or to your desired consistency.

  6. Measure out 1/2 Cup to come close to the given macros.
