1 1/2 lb sirloin tips
1/2 onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
10 oz mushrooms (diced)
2 tbsp arrowroot strach
1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 1/4 cup beef broth (low sodium)
In a slow-cooker, add beef, onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
In a bowl, add and mix together broth, coconut aminos, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add liquid mixture in the slow-cooker.
Set slow-cooker on low for 6 hours.
At 5 hours, add in the coconut milk.
In a seperate bowl, add and mix together 3 tbsp water and arrowroot starch.
Once done mixing, add mixture in the slow-cooker.
Continue to cook until the 6 hour mark.
Once done, evenly divide recipe into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
