  • 1 1/2 lb sirloin tips

  • 1/2 onion (diced)

  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 10 oz mushrooms (diced)

  • 2 tbsp arrowroot strach

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos

  •  1 1/4 cup beef broth (low sodium)

  1. In a slow-cooker, add beef, onions, mushrooms, and garlic.

  2. In a bowl, add and mix together broth, coconut aminos, onion powder, and garlic powder.

  3. Add liquid mixture in the slow-cooker.

  4. Set slow-cooker on low for 6 hours.

  5. At 5 hours, add in the coconut milk.

  6. In a seperate bowl, add and mix together 3 tbsp water and arrowroot starch.

  7. Once done mixing, add mixture in the slow-cooker.

  8. Continue to cook until the 6 hour mark.

  9. Once done, evenly divide recipe into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
