Bell Pepper Nachos

1 lb ground turkey
3/4 cup salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese
4 bell peppers
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Remove all the insides from each bell pepper.
Slice each bell pepper into "nachos" which should yield around 5 bell pepper nachos per one bell pepper. There should be around a total of 20 bell pepper nachos.
In a skillet over medium heat, add and cook ground turkey until completely cooked through or no longer pink.
In a bowl, add and mix ground turkey, cumin, chili powder, and salsa.
Add mixture evenly to each bell pepper nacho and add cheese on top.
Add each bell pepper nacho to a baking sheet and bake for around 8 minutes or long enough that the cheese is completely melted.
Evenly divide bell pepper nachos into 6 servings or around 3-4 bell pepper nachos per serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
