Berry Smoothie Bowl

1/2 banana (frozen)
1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)
2 tbsp almond milk
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder
1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50
In a blender on low, add and blend togather the mixed berries and banana until chunky.
Once chunky, add in the protein powder, greens, and almond milk.
Blend again until it's like an ice cream consistency.
Pour in a bowl and eating one bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
