12 hot dogs (all beef only)
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup almond flour
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Line a baking sheet with parchemtnn paper or non-stick silicon.
In a bowl, add and mix together all ingredients, except hot dogs, and mix until dough like.
Place bowl in refrigerator for around 15 minutes or until firm.
Add a sheet of parchment paper on a table and place the dough on the parchment paper.
Roll dough until thin.
With a butter knife, cut 12 triangles out of the dough.
Cut hot dogs in half.
Roll each hot dog half with one triangle dough.
Place all hot dogs on the parchment lined baking sheet and bake for around 15-20 minutes or until your desired crispiness.
Evenly divide hot dogs into 6 servings or 4 pieces to come as close as possible to the given macros.
