BLT Chicken Bowl

6 slices bacon
3 tablespoon avocado oil mayo
1 cup tomatoes (diced)
1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 green onion (sliced)
1 lb. boneless. skinless chicken breast (cubed)
1 avocado (chopped)
1 head of romaine lettuce
In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat for around 3-5 minutes until crispy.
Remove and let cool on a paper towel.
Place chicken into the skillet where you cooked the bacon and cook for 5-8 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink.
In a bowl, mix together mayo, lime juice, garlic and chili powder.
Once the chicken and bacon are cool, chop into pieces.
Add and mix chicken, bacon, and remaining ingredients (tomato, green onion, avocado) in the bowl with the mayo, garlic, etc.
Evenly divided recipe into 3 servings. Separate each serving into a lettuce cup or eat 1 serving to come close to the given macros.
