1/4 cup banana (frozen)
3/4 cup blueberries (frozen)
1/4 cup almond butter
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 blueberry muffin protein powder
1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50
1 1/2 cups almond milk
In a blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
Drinking one smoothie will come as close as possible to the given macros.
