  • 4 bacon slices

  • 10 eggs

  • 1/4 cup green onion (diced)

  • 1/2 cup cheddar (shredded)

  • 1/2 lb frozen hash browns

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  1. In a bowl, add eggs and whisk.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat with a non-stick surface, add eggs and cook until scrambled.

  3. Once done, transfer to a seperate bowl, but not the same bowl as used to whisk!

  4. In the same skillet on medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.

  5. Once crispy, transfer bacon to a paper towel to cool before chopping.

  6. Add hash browns to the same skillet used to cook the bacon.

  7. Cook for around 8-10 minutesor until golden.

  8. Add and mix in green onions, garlic, and paprika.

  9. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.

  10. Evenly divide mixture into 4 servings.

  11. Evenly divide cheddar, bacon, and scrambled aggs on top of each serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
