4 bacon slices
10 eggs
1/4 cup green onion (diced)
1/2 cup cheddar (shredded)
1/2 lb frozen hash browns
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp paprika
In a bowl, add eggs and whisk.
In a skillet over medium heat with a non-stick surface, add eggs and cook until scrambled.
Once done, transfer to a seperate bowl, but not the same bowl as used to whisk!
In the same skillet on medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
Once crispy, transfer bacon to a paper towel to cool before chopping.
Add hash browns to the same skillet used to cook the bacon.
Cook for around 8-10 minutesor until golden.
Add and mix in green onions, garlic, and paprika.
Continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Evenly divide mixture into 4 servings.
Evenly divide cheddar, bacon, and scrambled aggs on top of each serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
