6 bacon slices
1 onion (diced)
1 bell pepper (diced)
1 small head cauliflower (diced)
1/4 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove (minced)
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
Once done, set aside on a paper towel.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add and mix onions, bell peppers, garlic, paprika, and cauliflower.
Cook until cauliflower becomes soft.
Add 1-2 tbsp of water and cover skillet.
Continue to cook for a few minutes or until cauliflower starts to soften further.
Once done, add three eggs on top while adding crumbled bacon over the eggs.
Cover skillet again and continue to cook for around 4-6 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your desired consistency.
Evenly divide recipe into 3 servings where each serving contains one of the eggs.
Eating 1 serving will come as close as possible to the given macros.
