1 lb ground turkey
3/4 lb ground breakfast sausage
1 sweet potato (grated)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup kale
1 tsp thyme
Preheat oven to 400º F.
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Evenly divide mixture into 32 meatballs while placing evenly apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are brown.
Eating 4 meatballs will come as close as possible to the given macros.
