  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 3/4 lb ground breakfast sausage

  • 1 sweet potato (grated)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup kale

  • 1 tsp thyme

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.

  2. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

  3. Evenly divide mixture into 32 meatballs while placing evenly apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are brown.

  5. Eating 4 meatballs will come as close as possible to the given macros.
