1 lb shredded hash browns (frozen)
1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
6 slices bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
Once done, remove from heat onto a paper towel to cool.
Once cool, chop into small pieces.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a bowl, add and mix hash browns, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and pour hash brown mixture into baking sheet.
Form hash brown mixture into circle if not using pizza pan.
Bake hash brown mixture for around 15 minutes.
Add 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese and bacon on top of hash brown.
Add 6 eggs on top of cheese and bacon where each piece will receive one egg.
Put back in oven and bake for another 10-20 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
Evenly cut pizza into 6 pieces.
Eating 1 piece comes as close as possible to the given macros.
