  • 1/2 cup primal kitchen buffalo sauce

  • 2 1/4 cup rotisserie chicken (shredded)

  • 4 sweet potatos

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.

  2. On a baking sheet, place sweet potatoes and toss in olive oil.

  3. Bake for around 45 minutes to 1 hour or until soft.

  4. Once done, let cool.

  5. Once slightly cool, cut an opening long ways in each sweet potato.

  6. In a bowl, add and mix together chicken and buffalo sauce.

  7. Evenly divide mixture and stuff each sweet potato.

  8. Bake for another 20 minutes or until your desired consistency.

  9. Eating 1 baked sweet potato will come as close as possible to the given macros.
