2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Line a sheet tray with foil and place a wire rack on top of the cookie sheet.
Place the wings in a large bowl and pat dry with paper towel.
Add and toss the oil and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Place the wings on the wire rack, skin side up.
Bake for 40 minutes.
In a bowl, completely mix the ghee and hot sauce.
Once wings are done, coat them in the sauce and place back on the wire rack.
Bake for an additional 5 more minutes and repeat that process one more time.
Separate wings into 10 equal servings in order to come close to the given macros. There should be more than 10 wings to allow for at least 1 wing per serving.
