  • 1/4 cup ghee

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup new primal hot sauce

  • 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

  • 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries (1.25 lb)

Buffalo Wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

  3. Place the wings in a large bowl and remove skin while patting dry with a paper towel.

  4. Add and toss the oil and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  5. Place the wings on the wire rack.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

  7. In a bowl, completely mix the ghee and hot sauce.

  8. Once wings are done, coat them in the sauce and place back on the wire rack.

  9. Bake for an additional 5 more minutes and repeat that process one more time.

  10. Separate wings into 12 equal servings in order to come as close to the given macros as possible. There may be an odd number so just do your best to get as close as possible.

Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.

  2. Spread the fries out on a baking sheet.

  3. Add a tiny bit of olive oil on top of fries and toss.

  4. Follow instructions on bag and bake accordingly.

  5. Evenly divide fries into 12 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
