  • 4 tbsp sir kensington's special sauce

  • 1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

  • 1/2 cup pickles

  • 1 cup red onion (diced)

  • 8 slices bacon (crispy & crumbled)

  • 3 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 heads romaine lettuce (diced)

  • 2 avocados

  1. In a bowl, add and mix together beef and garlic powder.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add a tiny bit of coconut oil and beef from bowl.

  3. Cook until beef is brown, cooked all the way through, and chopped up into a ground mixture.

  4. In a bowl, add and mash up avocado until a texture like guacamole is formed.

  5. Add all ingredients into a bowl to combine the flavors of a burger.

  6. On top, add the special sauce.

  7. Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
