  • 1 lb ground beef (95% lean)

  • 2 1/2 tbsp primal kitchen thousand island dressing

  • 1 tomato (sliced)

  • 6 slices cheddar

  • 6 lettuce wraps

  1. Form ground beef into 6 patties.

  2. Spray a skillet with a non-stick spray.

  3. In that same skillet over medium heat, add beef patties and cook for around 8 minutes while flipping throughout until completely cooked through.

  4. Add slices of cheese on top at the very end to allow for cheese to melt on top.

  5. Place each burger in a lettuce wrap and top with a tomato slice and 1/2 tbsp of primal kitchen thousand island dressing.

  6. Eating one burger lettuce wrap comes as close as possible to the given macros.
