1 lb ground beef (95% lean)
2 1/2 tbsp primal kitchen thousand island dressing
1 tomato (sliced)
6 slices cheddar
6 lettuce wraps
Form ground beef into 6 patties.
Spray a skillet with a non-stick spray.
In that same skillet over medium heat, add beef patties and cook for around 8 minutes while flipping throughout until completely cooked through.
Add slices of cheese on top at the very end to allow for cheese to melt on top.
Place each burger in a lettuce wrap and top with a tomato slice and 1/2 tbsp of primal kitchen thousand island dressing.
Eating one burger lettuce wrap comes as close as possible to the given macros.
