Butternut Breakfast Hash

4 bacon slices (diced)
1 onion (diced)
3 cups butternut squash (cubed)
In a skillet over medium heat, add diced bacon slices and diced onion.
Cook until bacon is crispy and onions are soft.
Once done, set aside on a plate covered with a paper towel.
In the same skillet over medium heat, add cubed butternut squash and cook until soft.
Once soft, add bacon and onion back into the skillet.
Cook for an additional 3-6 minutes.
Add eggs on top of mixture, cover skillet, and cook eggs until desired consistency.
Evenly divide recipe into 3 servings, where each servings contains 2 eggs, to come as close as possible to the given macros.
