  • 1 lb skirt steak (cubed)

  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 avocado (diced)

  • 1 cup pico de gallo

  1. In a bowl, mix together the liquid aminos, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano.

  2. In a ziplock bag or container, add steak with liquid mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add everything from steak ziplock bag or container and cook for around 8-10 minutes or until brown.

  4. Evenly divide steak mixture, avocado, and pico de gallo into 5 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
