Cheddar Mug Omlette

1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp red bell pepper (diced)
1 tsp green onions (diced)
In a mug, evenly coat with olive oil or olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
In that same mug, add and completely mix the eggs and almond milk.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Microwave for 20 second increments while stirring in between each increment until egg is completely cooked through and set.
Eating 1 mug omlette will come as close as possible to the given macros.
