  • 3/4 cup pitted sweet cherries (frozen)

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 lime (squeezed)

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm opti-greens 50

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients, 1/4 cup water, and handful of ice.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.
