  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard

  • 1/3 cup primal kitchen mayo

  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tsp coconut aminos

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 5 cups kale

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

  1. Cut fat off each chicken breast and place at the bottom of a pressure cooker.

  2. Pressure cook for around 20 minutes or until not pink.

  3. Mix together garlic, brown mustard, mayo, lemon juice, coconut aminos, and black pepper in a bowl.

  4. Add and mix together kale, chopped chicken breasts, and dressing in a bowl.

  5. Evenly divide salad into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
