Chicken Caesar Salad

2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1/3 cup primal kitchen mayo
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp coconut aminos
1/4 tsp black pepper
5 cups kale
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Cut fat off each chicken breast and place at the bottom of a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook for around 20 minutes or until not pink.
Mix together garlic, brown mustard, mayo, lemon juice, coconut aminos, and black pepper in a bowl.
Add and mix together kale, chopped chicken breasts, and dressing in a bowl.
Evenly divide salad into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
