  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 large carrots (diced)

  • 2 celery ribs (diced)

  • 1 yellow onion (diced)

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts (cubed)

  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 1 lb. red potatoes (diced)

  • 4 strips bacon (cooked & diced)

  • 2 cups corn

  • 3 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tsp. dried thyme

  • green onion

  1. In a slow cooker, add and mix in chicken, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, corn, and broth.

  2. Cook on high for around 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

  3. Once it's done, add and mix in cream and bacon.

  4. Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. Add a little bit of green onion on top for some extra flavor.
