Chicken Corn Chowder

1/2 cup heavy cream
2 large carrots (diced)
2 celery ribs (diced)
1 yellow onion (diced)
1 lb. chicken breasts (cubed)
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. red potatoes (diced)
4 strips bacon (cooked & diced)
2 cups corn
3 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 tsp. dried thyme
In a slow cooker, add and mix in chicken, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, corn, and broth.
Cook on high for around 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Once it's done, add and mix in cream and bacon.
Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. Add a little bit of green onion on top for some extra flavor.
