1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
2 small or 1 large onion
3 red bell peppers
1 medium lime
1 lb. chicken breast (cut into thin slices)
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Mix all of the spices in a bowl.
Cut the onion and bell peppers into strips.
Place them on a large baking sheet.
Slice the chicken breast into thin slices
Add it onto the baking sheet with the vegetables.
Drizzle the oil over the chicken and vegetables, then sprinkle the seasoning mixture over both.
Toss the ingredients until everything is well coated in oil and seasoning.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring once half way through.
Squeeze the juice from half of the lime over top of the chicken and vegetables after they come out of the oven.
Eat while warm or pack up for the week. Each meal should have 4 oz. of chicken with vegetables evenly divided into 4 separate meals to come close to the given macros.
