  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin

  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup beef stock

  • 14.5 oz can kidney beans

  1. Add olive oil, garlic, and onions to a large pot and cook over medium heat until soft or around 3-5 minutes.

  2. Add and mix in ground beef and cook until no more pink remains.

  3. Add and mix in all spices and tomato paste.

  4. Cook an additional few minutes.

  5. Add and mix in tomatoes, beef broth, and beans.

  6. Continue to cook and mix on low heat for an additional 1-2 hours or until to your desired chili consistency.

  7. Evenly measure out 10 servings or 10 bowls of chili to come as close as possible to the given macros.
