  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 3 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp chipotle chili powder

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne

  • 1/2 white onion (diced)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • primal kitchen bbq ranch

  • 1 lb. ground chicken

  • 1 red pepper (diced)

  • 1 green pepper (diced)

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cauliflower rice.

  2. Cook for around 5 minutes.

  3. Remove rice from heat and put into a bowl to let cool.

  4. Add and mix ground chicken, garlic, onion, and the rest of the seasonings to skillet.

  5. Cook for around 6-7 minutes or until chicken is done.

  6. Add and mix in peppers to the skillet.

  7. Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes of until peppers are soft.

  8. Add and mix in cauliflower rice to skillet.

  9. Continue to cook for another couple of minutes and remove from heat.

  10. Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. An optional topping would be to add a tiny bit of primal kitchen bbq ranch.
