1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 white onion (diced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
primal kitchen bbq ranch
1 lb. ground chicken
1 red pepper (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cauliflower rice.
Cook for around 5 minutes.
Remove rice from heat and put into a bowl to let cool.
Add and mix ground chicken, garlic, onion, and the rest of the seasonings to skillet.
Cook for around 6-7 minutes or until chicken is done.
Add and mix in peppers to the skillet.
Continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes of until peppers are soft.
Add and mix in cauliflower rice to skillet.
Continue to cook for another couple of minutes and remove from heat.
Evenly divide recipe into 6 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros. An optional topping would be to add a tiny bit of primal kitchen bbq ranch.
