  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 choclate banana protein powder

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  1. In a blender, add almond milk and chia seeds.

  2. Blend for around 1 minute.

  3. Add all ingredients into blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Pour mixture into a bowl and place in fridge for at least 1 hour.

  6. Eating 1 bowl of pudding will come as close as possible to the given macros.
