Choco Banana Pudding

3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 choclate banana protein powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
In a blender, add almond milk and chia seeds.
Blend for around 1 minute.
Add all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl and place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Eating 1 bowl of pudding will come as close as possible to the given macros.
