Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Grab a 6 slot muffin tin and line with non-stick spray or cupcake liners.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, butter, and vanilla.
Add and mix in the almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
Add and mix in the chocolate chips.
Fill muffin tin with batter almost to the top.
Bake for around 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and eat 2 muffins to come as close as possible to the given macros.
