  • 2 scoops level-1 vanilla ice cream

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut flakes

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup enjoy life mini chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  1. In a bowl, add and combine all ingredients until the mixture starts to form together.

  2. Take mixture and roll out 16 protein balls on a sheet.

  3. Evenly divide protein balls into servings of 4 to come as close as possible to the given macros.
