1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 bananas
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Grease a 12 slot muffin pan or use muffin liners.
In a blender, add and mix all ingredients until smooth.
Pour mixture into muffin pan.
Bake for around 10 minutes or until to your desired consistency.
Once cool, put muffins in refrigerator to cool even more.
Eat 3 muffins to come as close as possible to the given macros.
