Cinnamon Banana Mash

1 scoop 1st phorm level-1 cinnamon cookie batter protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed
In a bowl or container, mash banana.
Add and mix together rest of ingredients.
Put in fridge and let sit overnight.
Once done sitting over night, eat cold or warm up in microwave for a couple seconds.
Eating 1 bowl will come as close as possible to the given macros.
