Preheat oven to 325º F.
In a bowl, add and mix together oats, egg white, protein powder and water.
In a very small baking pan, pour 1/4 of batter and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Continue that step 3 more times or until no more batter is left.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until "cake like" but be careful not to burn.
Eating one cake will come as close as possible to the given macros.
