1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
Grease a microwave safe mug with cooking spray.
Add and mix the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
Add and mix the egg into the mug.
Add and mix the almond milk and vanilla extract until thick batter is formed.
Microwave for 30-60 seconds or until cooked in the center but do not over do it. Mug cakes can burn easily.
