1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Add and stir oats, water, cinnamon, and vanilla into a bowl.
Heat in microwave for around 1-2 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. Feel free to add more water if needed.
Remove from the microwave and stir in protein powder. If the consistency of the oats gets too thick, add in a little more water.
