Cinnamon Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup in a glass type jar that can be sealed.
Put the lid on and shake until the ingredients are fully combined.
Stir and eat half to come as close as possible to given macros.
