1 can coconut milk (24h chilled in fridge)
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Open can of coconut milk and pour out watery part.
In a mixing bowl, add creamy part of coconut milk and rest of ingredients.
Use a stand or hand mixer to mix until stiff whip cream is formed.
