  • 1 can coconut milk (24h chilled in fridge)

  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Open can of coconut milk and pour out watery part.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add creamy part of coconut milk and rest of ingredients.

  3. Use a stand or hand mixer to mix until stiff whip cream is formed.
